Joan generously let me borrow Hunter today for some practice. We’re expanding our family portfolio and this was a great help. I’m trying to develop a consistent style so I am working with different props, backgrounds, etc.
A few months ago, Brides magazine expressed interest in some pictures that they saw on my blog. It never occurred to me to submit anything to a magazine, but needless to say, I quickly sent them some pictures! Before I knew it, they confirmed that they would be using some images from Katie and Peter’s wedding. Soon after, I got an e-mail that another picture would be used in the “outdoor ceremony” special from Staci and Jason’s wedding. I assumed that the publisher would contact me when the magazine was released, but I had a dream last night that they were out! Sure enough when we were grocery shopping tonight, I made a stop and found them there. I was so excited!
So here they are….and hopefully, I’ll have more published again soon. =)
